Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to heal alongside others who may have had similar life experiences. Many people find comfort in realising they are not alone in how they feel.
Our specialist-led groups provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore shared themes such as trauma, identity, self-worth, and relationships. Guided by the Felt Trauma Therapy™ approach, sessions focus on building understanding, strengthening coping strategies, and gently processing emotional experiences in a way that feels manageable and contained.
Being part of a group can reduce isolation, build confidence, and create a strong sense of connection and support.
Our therapeutic team includes qualified therapists holding a minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent), alongside trainee practitioners undertaking recognised professional training. Working within recognised professional and ethical frameworks, and supported by regular clinical supervision, they are committed to providing safe, ethical and compassionate care.
