When one person is struggling, it often affects the whole family. Our family support sessions help create space for understanding, communication, and positive change.

We work with families to explore patterns, strengthen relationships, and better understand the emotional experiences that may be shaping behaviours or tensions within the home. Using the Felt Trauma Therapy™ approach, we support families to move away from blame and towards insight, compassion, and connection.

This can help families feel more stable, more united, and better equipped to support one another through life’s challenges.

Our therapeutic team includes qualified therapists holding a minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent), alongside trainee practitioners undertaking recognised professional training. Working within recognised professional and ethical frameworks, and supported by regular clinical supervision, they are committed to providing safe, ethical and compassionate care.
